Commercial NEC Wiring

You will gain experience in areas such as home wiring, maintenance and troubleshooting, diagrams and basic mathematical calculations. Topics Include: NEC Rules and Requirements for Commercial Buildings, Print Reading, Wiring Diagrams & Circuit Layout, Conductor Properties, Raceway Properties, Service Entrance Calculations & Installation, GFCI/AFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters & Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters).

This course starts with low pressure and continues through steam engineer. You will prepare to take the Certified Boiler Test. Course Topics Include: Types of Boilers, Feed Water Accessories, Safety Procedures, Heat Boiler Sections, Combustion Equipment, Steam Pumps, Boiler Efficiency, Boiler Transfer Systems. Students have the option of taking the Low or High Pressure Boiler courses individually.
